No assembly is required.

PERSONALISATION; If your item has the option to be personalised. We use HTV (heat transfer vinyl) this is then coated in the waterproof sealer to keep things in place. Feel free to write in the personalisation box which colour lettering you want. Otherwise we will just keep things simple and use Black or White.

FINISH; If you choose a finish on your item. We use a Water Based Stain which is then sealed with a protective treatment suitable for all exterior & interior wood that is harmless to beneficial insects and plants! Waterproof and weatherproof to keep your purchase looking as good as possible through all seasons. Please note the stains we use are semi transparent and NOT full coverage. So please expect a light pigment & wood grain to showing through. If you want a different colour other than whats available then pop us message! Alternatively if you wish to apply your own or keep things au'naturel! Then go for the Natural Untreated option. Which is exactly as its sounds.. Natural & Untreated.

RECLAIMED WOOD; We use reclaimed wood to make all of our products. Either Pallet Wood or Scaffold Boards. Using reclaimed wood gives our products a great rustic look that we love and its also eco friendly! One mans treasure...! This means no product looks the same. Every item is unique. Even though we follow the same specifications to make each product, the size and design may be a match but no pallet looks the same. Each showing its own beautiful wrinkles of life that it has picked up along the way. Even though making our products from reclaimed wood saves on FCA approved timber costs. The wood on pallets is usually far superior (we mostly use Canadian redwood for example) to fast grown pine from a timber yard. So this means your getting a better bit of wood for less! Woo hoo! So if your happy with a (in our opinion) better looking product, that is environmentally friendly and full of character.. for less! Then we are definitely the place for you! So please dont order if your not going to be happy with some truly rustic cracks, nail holes (or rusty heads) warps, knots, holes and general signs of wear and tear on your wood! (Dont worry its all smooth and safe!) We may be a bit cheaper but please keep in mind that this is reflected in the wood we use, perfectly imperfect!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return my product for a refund?

As all our products are custom made to order we are not under any obligation to refund your product once you have received it if its fit for purpose. We will consider a full refund if the buyer returns the product to us at their own expense or agrees to deduct the cost of return from their refund. This must be within 30 days of receipt with the product remaining unused & undamaged.

What should I do if my product is damaged?

If you are able to initially notice upon delivery that the product has undergone damage then refuse the delivery from courier. This way the product will be returned to me without cost or delay & we will be able to refund or return the product once repaired.

If you have noticed damage once received then please get in touch so we can discuss your options for return, refund, replacement or compensation.

Its most beneficial to the buyer if you get in touch within 30 days of receiving the damaged product. Requests to resolve damage after 30 days will be subject to repair or replacement before a refund is issued. If that's unsuccessful, you will then be liable refund.

When will i receive my order?

Week 1 (Mon-Sun) You place your order.
Week 2 (Mon-Sun) We fulfil your order.
Week 3 (Mon-Sun) We dispatch your order.

Parcels are only dispatched on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. We use a 48 hr service. So expect your parcel to arrive in 2 working days from when your parcel is dispatched. For an estimated date for dispatch please message us either before or after you have placed an order. Once your delivery is booked we will update your tracking info so you can follow its progress. You will be notified of this via email also.

Delivery is made via Parcelforce 24hr courier. Delivery is only attempted on Monday - Friday & you will need to be in to receive your parcel.

Hire Company Purchases for the purpose of Hire?

We welcome any customer who loves our items! However please do not offer the hire of our products or rely on their arrival prior to receiving them. We are a business in our own right and ask that you respect the process of our business. We will not be rushed or put under pressure to fulfil your businesses needs. We will not be held responsible for earnings lost for your business due circumstances beyond our control or outside our set time scales. Delays, mistakes or breakages do happen so we request you to wait until you are happy with your product once its been received before you offer it out to your customers.

What if my product is missing or late?

On average every 1 in 100 will go missing and only half are ever located. We think a 99% success rate is an acceptable rate of success for the free postal service we offer. If a parcel is found to be missing. We will open an investigation to locate the parcel. This will take 1 week. We ask you wait the full week for the investigation to be completed before any further action is taken. Once this is complete you can either request for a replacement to be sent. This will be fulfilled at the full lead time we are currently operating at. Or you can choose to have a refund in full.

If a parcel is late check for area delay updates. Delays do happen due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to get orders out asap.
