No assembly is required.
PERSONALISATION; If your item has the option to be personalised. We use Vinyl, this is then coated in the waterproof sealer to keep things in place. Feel free to write in the personalisation box which colour lettering you want. Otherwise we will just keep things simple and use Black or White.
FINISH; We use a Water Based Stain which is then sealed with a clear weatherproof oil. Stains are semi transparent and NOT full coverage. So please expect a light pigment of colour & wood grain to showing through. Colour swatch shows the deepest example of the tones of colour. This will not be an accurate reflection of the overall finish. If you want to apply your own finish please select the Natural Untreated option.
WOOD; We use PSE (planed square edge) Timber @ 20mm thickness for a durable smooth finish. All wood textures, details, knots and colours vary.

As all our products are custom made to order we are not under any obligation to refund your product once you have received it if its fit for purpose. We will consider a full refund if the buyer returns the product to us at their own expense or agrees to deduct the cost of return from their refund. This must be within 30 days of receipt with the product remaining unused & undamaged.
If you are able to initially notice upon delivery that the product has undergone damage then refuse the delivery from courier. This way the product will be returned to me without cost or delay & we will be able to refund or return the product once repaired.
If you have noticed damage once received then please get in touch so we can discuss your options for return, refund, replacement or compensation.
Its most beneficial to the buyer if you get in touch within 30 days of receiving the damaged product. Requests to resolve damage after 30 days will be subject to repair or replacement before a refund is issued. If that's unsuccessful, you will then be liable refund.
Week 1 (Mon-Sun) You place your order.

Week 3 (Mon-Sun) We dispatch your order.
We use a 24 hr service. So expect your parcel to arrive 1 working day from when your parcel is at the depot. For an estimated date for dispatch please message us either before or after you have placed an order. Once your delivery is booked we will update your tracking info so you can follow its progress. You will be notified of this via email also.
Delivery is made via Parcelforce 24hr courier. Delivery is only attempted on Monday - Friday & you will need to be in to receive your parcel.
We welcome any customer who loves our items! However please do not offer the hire of our products or rely on their arrival prior to receiving them. We are a business in our own right and ask that you respect the process of our business. We will not be rushed or put under pressure to fulfil your businesses needs. We will not be held responsible for earnings lost for your business due circumstances beyond our control or outside our set time scales. Delays, mistakes or breakages do happen so we request you to wait until you are happy with your product once its been received before you offer it out to your customers.
On average every 1 in 100 will go missing and only half are ever located. We think a 99% success rate is an acceptable rate of success for the free postal service we offer. If a parcel is found to be missing. We will open an investigation to locate the parcel. This will take 1 week. We ask you wait the full week for the investigation to be completed before any further action is taken. Once this is complete you can either request for a replacement to be sent. This will be fulfilled at the full lead time we are currently operating at. Or you can choose to have a refund in full.
If a parcel is late check www.parcelforce.com for area delay updates. Delays do happen due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to get orders out asap.
